3rd Planet: The transformation begins

People of this planet explored another planet far in the galaxies and the life there. A new competition between the planets began. This all happened exactly when governments of the 195 nations prepared for the ultimate war with the terrorist organizations of 195 nations to eliminate the four evils - Terrorism, Crime, Corruption and Black Money. What forced them to explore overskies (the word 'overseas' is outdated in this new context) and what are the other alternatives available? Can earth be really transformed in to Heaven or can we ever assume that Earth supersedes the heaven? When the world is seriously troubled by these four evils, our first search is to find one solution that addresses all these problems. Fortunately there are more than one solution available for solving these issues. In the series of seven books, this is the first one where technology is portrayed as the first solution. This science fiction gradually progresses through the galaxies exploring solution and also establishing platform for future with the other planets. If really such planet exists and we get to interact with those people, how would be the reactions. Introspection, fantasy, imagination and administration all are served on the platter.
