I know Vargo, he is an amazing artist & the nicest man! His ooky-spooky goth deck typifies the dark romance embraced by many who identify with Darkside symbolism.

Perfect! Absolutely stunningly balanced book. This is both inspirational and instructional depending on how you choose to read. The reader is provided with the tarot card meaning, background on the specific piece of art (from the artist’s own view) and also a story of sorts regarding the card. I have always felt drawn to the artwork, so I was thrilled to find the tarot deck and guide. If you enjoy his art this is a must in your library. Even if you never want to learn tarot, just having the tiny works of art available is so wonderful! Definitely one of the better tarot guides I have read in general as well. A true masterpiece.

It's not a book to read, but the artwork is gorgeous, and it is always a great thing when using tarot images and names of what they are to tell a story to another, finding a whole other life that can be discovered with it.
