If 3.5/5 was an option that is what I would of went with. Lots of great info on getting into buying houses and sets a pretty clear path of what to do and resources to help you do it. There is a decent amount of repeated information however and the spelling mistake in the fan stories reduced my rating of it ( the spelling mistakes were probably made by the fans themselves).
