This book is hard to read in places. Although I am so grateful that she shared her story as it will help other people know that they are not alone and that you will be believed. My heart goes out to Kim for the betrayal of the one who should of protected her the most. What a truly amazing supportive husband and children. This story was heartbreaking, what you went through and what your family put you through, no support from your brother and sisters must have been hard.

I don’t think I can put into words the emotions I felt whilst reading this book!
I can’t even begin to imagine the pain and misery you lived through at the hands of your father.
It doesn’t even bare thinking about and then the way your siblings treated you! Shame on them and I hope they continue to go through life knowing how much they let you down! They are no better than your father! Even after they all admitted at different times the way he made them feel too!
Be proud of yourself for what you have achieved, the dark cloud that hung over you has passed and let the sun shine down on you and your family because you can live knowing you’ll never feel pain like that again!
