This book is pretty straight-forward and easy-to-read, and many of the tips sound like good ones. It would have benefitted from better editing--there are a lot typos and sentences that obviously weren't proofread. I also don't think the person who wrote the back cover description actually read the book because although there is a chapter about selling by owner, most of the book is about selling with an agent.
