Truthfully I picked up this book hoping it would give me some practical advice. Instead I read little stories and anecdotes from other runners. That was cute, but I wouldn't read it again, wouldn't recommend it, and would suggest a different title for the book.

Inspiring and informative reading for wannabe as well as experienced runners. As well as personal anecdotes (the Vaseline story is hilarious) the second part of the book offers technical advice.
