Not a bad book if you've never trained before... If you have spent any time training (especially combat sports like BJJ, MMA, etc.) you'll probably find it pretty basic.

With exercises that emphasize training movements rather than training specific muscles, the book isn't actually that "xtreme"; however, it is really useful.
