This is a great memory aid to anyone who has attended one of Marc's seminars. Great tips on mechanics of striking etc. highly recommend for any martial artist

MacYoung's best work, of value to any martial artist or martial arts teacher. Clear, concise, and well-organized, with sensible learning progressions. Great stuff.
