Lovely artwork. Story was a bit contrived, but still sweet. I'd actually like to see the couple struggle a bit finding their balance after the story ends. Might make for a more impacting story. But I'm still a sucker for the whole classic romance theme, so I really liked it.
Was ok and I love her arts but the story's nothing special really. When it comes to Kae Mayura I would rather recommend "Cool as you" (I like series much more than oneshots anyway)
A love that transcends social status, gender, and culture. I enjoyed this one a lot. The characters are beautifully drawn, and the older art style isn't overly stylized and is nice to look at. Hikaru inspires Leo to be a better person, to fight for what he wants, regaining the agency that has been stripped from him as a result of his position in society. Hikaru sees and likes Leo for the person he truly is, a trapped man with a heart of gold, who, while treating most people like they are beneath him, does not do so maliciously, but is most likely a product of his upbringing. They're great for each other, I hope Leo uses his political power as king and decrees Hikaru marriageable, that would be the ideal ending.
