In ‘What You Wish For’, Jared Cross came to a realization that he was gay after a surprising proposition from the much older Nicol Romanenko, the owner of a local gay hotspot. Obsidian continues the morning after their first evening together.

Jared and Nicol take the first steps in what promises to become a very interesting and fulfilling relationship. But that is all cut short when Jared finds himself in the hospital after a mugging. Can their relationship survive when Jared’s family and ex-girlfriend show up and find out that Jared is gay?

When the first book ended I was left wanting more. This follow up was a great surprise. I always wanted to know what became of Jarod and Nicol.

While the Dom aspect was much more watered down from the first book it was still a good read but not as strong as I expected.

Nicol seems to lose his mojo after Jarod is injured and just when he seems to be getting it back he falls apart again over the story of his past lover.

Hopefully these two get can on track but I was left wondering at the end of the book.

This author really can't write good sub/dom relationship. THE whole story is just to mushy and blah, bad, I really didn't like it. And the main characters Jared and Nicol are drawn so cold, okay Jared is pictured as week sub who is interested to learn to be one, in my eyes to childish like. Nicol is just like an outstander he should be a dom in the story but there is no feeling as if he is one. This story is just week -_-.

I don't recommend it.

Ok kinky m/m romance continuing the story of the college student and his older lover/Dom. Like the previous book, this seemed stilted and awkward to me.
