Yes, I know, this is a guilty pleasure series, but it's weirdly fascinating.
Crooked cops, impossible driving stunts, amazing guns and pretty girls are a tough combination to pass up in a mixture of comedy and noir crime fiction.
In this one, Rally's precious Shelby GT had been stolen in the previous volume, and the real reason is horrifying. As Rally assembles her version of a Mission Impossible team to either get it back or prevent it being used as a murder weapon, things get crazy.
This sequel to the original Gunsmith Cats is a five-volume mini-series. If you read and enjoyed the original, you will love this, as it begins to tie up many of the loose ends in the original series.

This was the best volume so far. Rally losing her car was an emotional event. Sadly, I have only one more volume.

Quick Thoughts
Sonoda wraps up the last arc well and gets right into the next one! Bean is the lead in this one.
Rally is hot--mild fanservice. Bean is hot too--but Sonoda missed showing off his hot bod--apparently, this is a guys book. Partial frontal nudity of the ruthless girlfriend of the drug gang boss (Sonoda does show off that guy's rock-hard chest and abs--hmmm?)
