The "in" crowd at school had accepted Lindsay, but not her best friend. The problem came to a head when the school decided to build a swimming pool on a public playground site. She found herself pulled between taking a stand and losing her new clique.
I really enjoyed this book. The main character has to figure out who she is and what she stands for. With both help and hindrances from family and old and new friends, Lindsay learns how to be herself and fight for what she believes is right.
