This is the first book where Fritz Perls depicts the founding principles of the Gestalt Psychology. Considering that the book was published in 1943 it is clear the innovation of his theories and most of them anticipate recent trends like the link of psychology to meditation, body language, and the connection of emotions and alimentary behavior.
