If you're looking for something that will help you explore kindness with your children or children in a classroom, this is a good resource. It is short and sweet and has 9 sections: Love, Empathy, Gentleness, Respect, Visualization, Self-Control, Friendship, Conflict Resolution, and Parent-Child worksheets. This book would be especially helpful for teachers/parents looking for specific resolutions to common childhood problems. Read it!
