The adventure continues as Tim rescues an alien damsel in distress. With the ship in need of food stores, thanks to Lola and her fiasco in the hydroponics lab, the green girl leads them to a nearby trade planet. But the trade aliens seem a little too interested in Valesque for Tim and Sanic's comfort. When she goes missing it is up to them to retrace her last few hours aboard ship, and they become quite disturbed when they find much more than they bargained for in the secret recesses of the ship's twisting corridors.
"Who dares disturb my lair?" an eerie, watery voice demanded from behind them. Tim and Sanic spun in alarm at the unexpected sound, only to be confronted by an even more unnerving sight. Floating in the air was the dark figure of a woman, hands raised with pointed, claw-like nails aimed at them as they stood in shock below her.

About Me:
I began writing stories almost as soon as I learned to write. From my 1st grade 'journal' full of tales of rabbit adventures to my first full length book at 14. I have always had a love for writing stories.
Besides words I also have a love for tech. From an early age I built 'bread boards', soldering diodes and components to create such things as a light detecting alarm clock and other such ...useless things. I moved on to building my first DOS PC at 15. I also graduated School at 15. Later on I became a certified PC tech.
I am happily married with lots of furry little 'children'. Most of which I raised by hand when a local rescue group or friends brought me orphaned babies to bottle feed. Which is why every month I partner with one No-Kill animal shelter to donate 15% of my book sales profits for that month to their shelter. See my website for details.
Most of my writing is Fantasy based, I have a few fantasy/Sci-fi mixes (like Space Trippers) and at least one comedy adventure.
I hope you enjoy reading my work as much as I enjoy writing it.
In book 2 of the Space Trippers series, the people on the ship are stuck in the galactic backbeyond, and just when it seems they are thoroughly and completely stuck, they somehow manage to get even more stuck--except for the mysterious alien who can't quite stay in solid form. There's plenty of both action and humor, and the view into Earth vampire history is delightful. Like a classical comedy, everyone seems to be in love with the wrong person; forget the love triangle, expand to at least a hexagon, if not a d20! The situation has everything but yellow cross-garters, and I look forward to seeing what hilarious conclusion the plot is building towards in a future book. I'm going to start reading the next one right now!
I strongly recommend you read the previous book in this series ( Trippin) prior to reading this book.
I really enjoyed this installment and was completely entertained the entire time. When I wasn't reading this book I was impatiently ticking off the time until I could pick it back up again. This series is truly addicting. At times this book was so funny I actually laughed-out-loud!
I highly recommend this book to fellow dark urban fantasy readers looking for SF books with writing styles similar to urban fantasy. I also look forward to reading the next book in this series, A Frosty Farewell.
I also recommend: Valor At Vauzlee (A Galaxy Unknown - Book 2) Black Magic Sanction (Rachel Morgan, Book 8) Song of Scarabaeus Red-Headed Stepchild (Sabina Kane) Blood Song

Book Two of the space Trippers series, Just Passing Through, is a fun romp in the mind of Aurora Lightbourne. Interesting characters, a story that holds the readers in a state of what will happen next to these unlucky travelers, who want nothing more than to go home. I found myself drawn to the characters no matter how small or large of a role that they had in the story. That is the mark of an excellent writer. Aurora created a fantastic tale that I could not put down, and can’t wait to see what happens next in the series. I don’t give out many five star ratings. But Aurora has not let me down yet. Once again a fun read! The story continues from Book 1, repairing the ship, finding supplies, etc. There are many new things happening and lots of action. This story, yet again, leaves off with more to come. However, the main drama of what happens in this portion of the saga is wrapped up in the end.
Space travel, friendship, suspicion, enemies, trust, new and odd characters, hologramother (my own word), extraordinary spaceship, one flirtatious daredevil fly-boy, puppy eyed Sanic, one jealous android, action, adventure, and one very hungry Virrilian! I look forward to the next book.
