An excellent guide with valuable business advice.

It is written in short, concise chapters but full of powerful and useful advice. Although some examples apply specifically to the accounting industry, most of the lessons in the book can be used in any industry.

Highly recommend it to managers, leaders, or anyone working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
