An excellent book for any woman being abused. I found that it helped me figure out what was going on and I could finally make a plan and start the steps to end the abuse. It talks about emotional abuse, verbal abuse, and physical abuse. It explains how the abuser takes a piece of you every time he abuses you until you think you are trapped. I now understand how I got myself into it and how I am going to get myself out of it. I feel so good knowing this information! I loved this book and highly recommend it.
