About the author

Danielle Paige is a fifteen- year-old freshman in high school, and aspires to be a writer when she is older. She started Dependent on Rose in grade eight out of boredom one December day and never expected it to be more than a simple activity to give her something to do. Now she loves reading novels of all sorts and writes whenever she gets the chance. Since there are so many books out there she has yet to read, she can never pick a favorite book, but Melissa De La Cruz is a very inspiring author to her, just as her family and friends have always been.
