This book had quite the heyday in the early to mid 1990s -- especially among charismatic circles. I think it had pretty good advice overall but this was all overshadowed by Yandian's weird assertion in the first chapter: that Adam had qualities of both masculinity and femininity before Eve was created. He never quite resolves this bizarre concept. This idea leads down a dangerous road: that aberrant sexual behavior can be explained "because that was God's design originally."

I highly recommend this book when you want to renew your mind in how God designed men, women, sex and marriage. The perfect book to read in your preparing season or when you are already in a relationship or marriage. It was a joy to read!

What an awesome book.

I loved the fact that Bob packed this book with scripture and explained so much. This book is for single, married, divorced. It is to be read alone and with your spouse. Bob teaches in a way that is so understandable.
