I found this was a really interesting take on the conversations in your career that can either propel you forward or can make it so you stay stuck in the same place for years. Although much of it might be considered common sense, I found quite a few takeaways that I will be using from now on. Definitely worth a read whether you are just starting out or you have been in the business world for many years.

I could have benefited from this book much earlier in my working years, and I anticipate that I will come back to it in the future. I disagreed with her take on ethics, that we should affirm every person who asks us to compromise our ethics, instead of calling them out on it, but otherwise the book was very helpful. Now, if only I can put what I read into practice...

"Reading this books only echoes how idiotic I am politically. But, most of these books say ""be yourself"" and I certainly am myself...curious, goofy, foot-in-mouth self.

I did enjoy some of the tips in this book. Particularly the stuff regarding learning to leverage your emotions. Some really tough situations with very specific and interesting tips. "

It's really a good, helpful non-fiction book.Heavens...... .In my opinion the syntopical reading in the field of group cohesion in business organizations should be used for more effective economic solutions ,and not just be left only for officials;in addition to be encouraged by more reasonable people.
