I was given this as a christmas present.
I have only read two of the five books as the three i have not read are the second in a series. Out of the two i read i only finished one. The gallagher girl: I'd tell you i loved you, but then i'd have to kill you was brilliant and i loved it from page 1. Ash the other book i read was pretty boring, i only read half of it before giving up.

The story builds well and gives plenty of relevant background and then evolves into a thoroughly entertaining read.
