Anyone know where I can buy some $180,000 properties?

For realsis, this book outlines a recipe for success. A plan to help you achieve the retirement of your dreams by leveraging the rent received from managing multiple investment properties.

The first part of the novel the author very zealously demonstrates the consequences of not taking action (and very conveniently not following her advice) and just 'winging it' for your retirement. The result is living on a meagre $8,000 on government handouts during the period of your life where you should be able to take a break and receive the reward for a lifetime of toiling.

Afterwards, is the meat of this book. The tables, graphs and the mock simulation is very informative and useful. The business/property jargon is not as frequent which is nice. Given that I bought this book for $1 , I can say with confidence I've received more than that in value. It's absurd they're just disposing of knowledge like garbage.

But just as this book is intended to emphasize and re-affirm the legitimacy of medium-priced residential property as a path to wealth creation amid the changing times of the 90s, a new modern book is required. And don't worry, I've got the title sorted
