This is an excellent book for the lay social media person. Someone like me who did not really understand how New Media or Social Media works. I shared this with someone today and they replied, "you mean the latest gossip?" I said, "not at all." Ron does an excellent job with easy to understand chapters and explains well. If you are a person who does not have time to search for the answer to social networking, this is the book for you. I highly recommend this book.
