What is your Company's Online Reputation? If you want proof that business communication has changed forever, just type your company's name into a search engine like Google or Yahoo and behold its online reputation. This is an excellent book for the lay social media person. Someone like me who did not really understand how New Media or Social Media works. I shared this with someone today and they replied, "you mean the latest gossip?" I said, "not at all." Ron does an excellent job with easy to understand chapters and explains well. If you are a person who does not have time to search for the answer to social networking, this is the book for you. I highly recommend this book.
