That makes it an easy and enjoyable read. It is particularly appropriate for aspiring business manager or MBAs. His analogies are simple and instructive, his anecdotes thoughtful and relevant. And even if you already have significant business experience, it is great re-enforcement, and I bet you’ll learn something you didn’t know about castles! The book provides a great framework for thinking about how to build and operate a business, ensuring every part works to re-enforce the other, with corporate culture and execution focus at its core.
