This is something of a puff piece for the then-fledgling Evernham Motorsports, no shade there, but there is a lot of information on Ray's background that I simply didn't know, and it makes me excited to read more about it (as well as the evolution of the team and his eventual re-entry into IROC) in his words in his more recent autobiography.
