Decent book - took a while to finally get through it, but had good info. Gave great ideas on how to deliver motivational incentives/reinforcers and cultivate independence and self-management skills. Much of it will help more as my son gets older.

The book gave a list of potentially motivating items that I found useful.
Also, how to teach your child to make her own activity schedule.
How tokens can work as reinforcers.
