My goal in reading this book was to delve deeper into my personal why. The first section helped. However the rest of the book was a discussion on how leaders in business need to interact with the "Why" of their employees.
If one is a leader or has a goal of being a leader within their company, this is a good book to read.
It is a short quick read with plenty of space for note taking.
