A decent collection of popular culture essays, excerpts, and snippits, that really capture the spirit of American pop culture sociologically, anthropologically, and philosophically. The book is organized categorically, as it deals with topics such as American music, cuisine, literature, and travel. This is honestly a great collection that can serve as a reference tool for the historian, to the leisure reading for the art-student. Not a bad collection to pick up.
