the guy had chemo previously so he is sterile and she has some condition where she can't have children. This book is the classic harlequin book. They get together because they're both infertile they dont use a condom and they end up pregnant with twins. It's a miracle.......*rolls eyes*.

It was sooo wow (for me who really like these kinds of stories about babies). I didn't sleep unless I finished it, darn, I love everything in it. And I thought I don't read Harlequin. ;)
