Did you know that many items you buy every day at the grocery store, drug store and discount outlets, contain ingredients that can cause allergic reaction, breathing difficulty, dizziness, cancer, birth defects, and other problems? Do you know which products are safe and which may be harmful? Even if you are aware of some of the toxic elements you're exposed to daily, you probably don't know about all of them. And the ones you don't know about are the ones that can really do you harm. Here, then, in The Safe Shopper's Bible, is a comprehensive guide to answer all your questions about thousands of brand-name household products, personal care products, foods, and beverages.
