DNF. This book has a ton of amazing information in it. It also convinced me that for my particular deck project, I'm going to hire someone. Do I have all the necessary tools? Yes. Do I have the desire to do this rather ambitious project by myself? No.

Bought this book to learn how to build a deck- mission accomplished. After studying and planning for a couple months I went out a built a 20'x16' deck, no problems. Definitely recommend.

(Some sections do need to be updated, but it shouldn't cause any problems.)
