This book is about two bugs who are getting married. Unfortunately everything keeps going wrong. However, there is a happy ending. I didn't really like this book. It would be good to teach kids about bugs. It also has alphabet antics in it, which would be useful.
A book about two ants who are trying to get married, and yet everything seems to be going wrong. Wonderful alliteration is included in this book for every single letter of the alphabet, with language that is colorful and fun. Not to mention the pictures will draw anyone in :)
Definitely a different type of alphabet books. The book's emphasis on alliteration could easily be used as a springboard for discussing more words of each letter of the alphabet, which would help children understand alliteration.
I didn't like the plot on this one as well as in her other "alphabet" books. I am amazed, however, at how she works all those letters of the alphabet into the story.
