Although the book is very short and actually quite an easy, ready, the formatting and font made the book seem a bit old-fashioned and not as professional as some other books. But once you get over that, it is a practical book that will help you understanding your own and other resistance to change and how to motivate yourself to take the next stage in achieving your goals.
