Kids liked it, I thought it was ok. Would have been better if all the illustrations were in colour (I could tell they were nice watercolours, but black and white didn’t do them justice)

A beautiful poetic picture of what it means to be human, given from the vantage of gnomes - this story kept my 5 1/2 and 7-year-old enrapt.
