Teresa Patterson is a hometown author so I wanted to support her. Spin Cycle was a quick read and quite amusing. As I read the book I was silently giving thanks that my youngest child only has one year of school left because if these are the type of people educating our kids we are in trouble...LOL
Although I felt there could have been more put into the story I am coming to realize that this genre or writing is really for the fast pace, give me the abbreviated version, type of reader, which I am not. Taking this into consideration, Spin Cycle is one of the better reads I have come across recently in this category, the story flowed from beginning to end and there was no indication of a sequel lurking on the horizon. I also picked up a copy of her novel "Ex-Boyfriend," which I will probably knock-out this weekend.
