With valuable strategies for aligning all business correspondence with the company message, "Corporate Conversations"shows professionals at all levels how to improve their communication skills and maximize the power of both traditional and hi-tech communication tools."

A practical, readable book on the topic. Neither jargon-filled nor academic, it covers pretty much all the aspects of internal communication relevant to any size business. Includes useful appendices with specific recommendations on fundamental things like email and other types of messaging, and evaluating your organization's effectiveness in internal communication.

It has some interesting and helpful ideas, but definitely needs to be updated. There's a lot of focus on how people print out info from online to read later, among other very outdated practices.

Skip this book unless the 2010 edition has been updated and is available. The 2003 read as very outdated in my business communications class.
