An amazing book on the art of Wing Chun. All of the forms are shown. Sil Nim Tau is broken down from many different views, and then each part of the form is isolated, and the applications of each are explained. Even touches on the Wooden Dummy and Chi Sau. The book covers a lot of material.

A good read to get a better understanding of the history of Wing Chun. But less relevant today as it is rather outdated.
