A good starter guide for the novice. Very little additive information for individuals who own rental property and do their own taxes or those who have previous financial experience.

For me the highlights were June's clarifications on IRS treatment of in-residence offices and of quarterly estimated tax payment provisions given a 1st year business start-up.

Good for the novice indie when figuring out some of the basics. Some material may be a bit dated by now, but still useful.

Very helpful for sorting out what deductions a small-business/independent contractor can claim.
