Firstly, I didn’t find this book easy to read. The first few chapters are incredibly complex and ‘involved’, so much so that I considered giving up.

However I was glad I persisted.

When I reached chapter three, it was all uphill from there. It was an incredibly informative book with some interesting theories around the soul and it’s journey through many carnations. All the information was gathered by the author through channeling and I found some useful ideas in this book which have helped me on my spiritual journey.

I’ll start volume two after I get a few more ‘easIer’ reads under my belt though, it required a lot of brain power. Something I don’t have much of!
