This book outlines lots of typical new age/law of attraction/the Secret kinds of ideas for success like visualization, affirmations etc. and points out how each is limited. Instead the goal of this book is to get you to believe in your own "Inner CEO" and develop a formal process for requesting and recognizing help from him/her.

Now, in some reviews on Amazon I saw that the author has referred to the information in this book as "obsolete," presumably to be replaced by information from his book "Busting Loose from the Money Game." I do not see much incompatibility across the two books. The main difference I see lies in how "real" you would think other people are. Even if you are playing a Phase 2 game (as in Busting Loose), it seems like a good idea to me to treat others as though they are real. The 11th Element's "inner CEO" could just as well go by the term "Expanded Self" of Busting Loose. I think the 11th Element may be more immediately useful for some folks and does not require the perception shift that Busting Loose does.

I've actually listened to this audiobook twice now. I really like the actor narrating it. Great voice. While I find the concept of the book interesting, and believe that it has possibilities in real life, I found that he repeated himself too much. And using the "Inner CEO" as the reference to your inner spirit/subconscious (what have you) was too business-like in reference to place it on a personal spiritual level. The book is more geared towards business than it is in helping you get what you want in all aspects of your life.

Berbicara tentang jaringan berarti mengulik hubungan satu sama lain. Hubungan interpersonal adalah sebuah jaringan, begitu pula dengan saluran telepon dan koneksi internet. Contoh-contoh di atas termasuk jaringan fisik. Lantas apa yang dimaksud dengan jala-jala tidak kasat mata?

Kasus yang diumpamakan Robert Scheinfeld mudah ditemui sehari-hari. Tataplah seseorang dari jendela mobil saat lampu merah maka orang itu pasti akan berpaling dan langsung menatap ke arah Anda. Orang itu “merasakan” bahwa Anda menatapnya dan tahu pasti ke arah mana harus memalingkan wajahnya untuk membalas tatapan mata Anda.

Bagaimana orang itu sadar bahwa Anda tengah menatapnya dan tahu ke arah mana dia harus melayangkan tatapannya? Bill Gates, JK Rowling, Kolonel “Kentucky Fried Chicken ”Sanders mengalami suatu momen yang mengubah hidupnya. Begitu pula dengan Charles Goodyear yang tanpa sengaja menumpahkan campuran karet dan belerang ke atas tungku menyala sehingga menghasilkan ban karet berkualitas.

Pengalaman-pengalaman ini adalah contoh bagaimana menggunakan jaringan tak kasat mata. Menurut Robert, jaringan tak kasat mata bisa dibangun siapa saja dan memiliki beragam manfaat, bergantung pada keinginan dan tujuan masing-masing, apakah untuk memperbesar keuntungan, meningkatkan gaji atau mendongkrak karir.
