One of my favorite topics gets thoroughly detailed in this fun read. It contains everything you've ever wanted to know about La Cosa Nostra.

I read this one when I was doing research for a mafia themed screenplay I wrote on spec. Thoroughly entertaining... full of interesting facts and history.

Even after reading this it would be hard for me to pass a test, even a simple matching test of the player and the mobs. But that's not the fault of the book. It's a good comprehensive read.

Informative, but drags in places, particularly when listing names and dates of Mafia history in overview. However, definitely worth picking up for a solid grounding in Mafia terminology and history.
