It only took a few weeks before my urge to cheat with cheeseburgers, French fries and ice cream grew stronger than my willpower. Over the next twelve months I failed at two more keto attempts. Keto was too difficult for me, I couldn't stick to the plan.

I was desperate.

So, one day I tried simplifying keto to make it easier to stick to.
I created a simple 3-step eating plan featuring ‘reward eating’ that allowed me to eat my favorite foods during part of the day. It’s MUCH EASIER to stay on track when there’s a built-in reward system at dinner.

It worked like a charm. I lost 30 pounds in 7 weeks.
It’s been sixteen years since I lost the weight, and I have not had a weight problem since. And I never feel deprived. Never. Not once.

After I lost the 30 pounds, I soon started sharing my weight-loss discovery with others. My clients achieved similar results.
