The most basic and generic book on spirituality that I have come across. Unless we would like to believe everything blindly, there isn't much to learn from this.

Although I had the chance to finish the arhatic yoga course in Pranic healing a couple of years ago, I just picked up the book for the first time.
I found it to be very similar to the course with few added points.
The book focuses on the soul and tries to answer questions regarding its connections with the physical body and the the chakras system.
It discusses some interesting ideas about the subject but I still found it to be using an intimidating tone at some parts specifically when it comes to healing and energy as there are many rules to consider about the healing process making it quite long and complicated to the healer.
