It's all about easy. "Your life is probably as hectic as mine. You want to put together an entire meal for a king (or queen), but you don't have time. I promise you that with Busy People's slow cooker recipes you can do that in 15 to 20 minutes, dash out the door, and later dine deliciously. And it will look as if you have been slaving in the kitchen all day." ?Dawn Hall Includes recipes Coconut Cream Oatmeal Chicken Cobbler Steak & Potato Cattlemen's Soup Black Forest Upside-Down Cake Taco Chowder Hot Fudge Spoon Cake

I have found around 70 recipes I am interested in testing out. I really enjoyed the pocket foil information as that will be a handy trick. Some recipes I already know, others sound new or maybe a better way to make so those I have taken note on.

I'm not necessarily interested in the no fat/low fat of nutrition but I'll try it one way and if I prefer something different, I'll tweak it.

Love this cookbook! All the American canned meat is a little weird, but the recipes are great!
