This book takes a look at how essential oils can improve your love life - including feeling better about yourself (increasing confidence, body image) and increasing desire and setting the mood.
The introduction is wonderful for a beginner and as a refresher about what an essential oil is and where it comes from. It also talks a lot of about the sense of smell, the information was easy to understand.
She talks about synergistic blends and how to make them and how to pick essential oils for you and your lover (number-affinity, body type and hair color). There are two specific chapters: Scentuous Woman and Scentuous Man; they discuss different issues men and women face and formulas that may help.
This is definitely one to keep on the reference shelf for any essential oil enthusiast. I would recommend this for those wishing to continue to learn about essential oils, not as a beginner reference.
