This is book four of the "Wild Irish " series, and in this instalment we have a ménage! It has been a long time since I have read a book that features a ménage relationship in it, and I did enjoy this one.
I'm really enjoying this series about the Collins family. There are seven siblings, so I'm thinking that means seven books! My biggest complaint is that the stories are usually under 200 pages. Considering they are pretty short, the author does a great job of capturing both sex and some emotion within the pages!

Loved it from beginning to end. I was drawn right into the story that begins with Lil, Killian, and Justin's friendship in high school, and fast forwards to 10 years later. Three very cool characters that balanced each other out, made for some awesome dialogue and scorching hot passionate sex. Lil's brother Chad brings some drama to the story, and we are also brought up to speed on the Collins clan. This family saga moves ahead nicely as each sibling finds a loving relationship. I'm curious to see if the dad, Pat, will find a love of his own.

This was an alright read. I did think it was better than book 3, so that is a plus. I just wish that there was more to the story so it was longer. Also, the story was good and the sex scenes were steamy. However, I thought the characters were okay. I couldn’t really relate to them. I did not like them, nor disliked them. I thought that they were okay. The ending was good. I hope the remaining series gets better. I thought story was well-written, just lacked characterization. Overall, an okay read.

Ok, i'm a little bit troubled by this book. No, let me re phrase this: REALLY TROUBLED. Everything was going ok...I even gave Ruby Tuesday 5 stars! but this book, although well written, lacks of individual elements that each character needs to explain so readers can feel identified. Theres a brief flashback for each and basically Mrs. Carr feels comfortable with leaving it like that. The sex scene extends for almost 3 chapters of this short book, and to me it was way too much. And lets not begin with the crazy idea of living in a menage? HELLO! does that even exist? i'm pretty sure it may, but WHERE? HOW? I do believe old Pop Collins is very understandable, for if you really know Irish people, from Irish descent, i can say 90% most likely are catholic and the idea of living in a threesome is completely unacceptable. Now, Im not saying all of it is bad. You can tell that Justin and Killian do love Lily, but i can hardly believe shes been in love with them for 10 years and they have also. Not believable. And it all ignites again suddenly after she sees them one night. OMG i honestly coudnt believe it.
Dont get me wrong I liked the book, but yes, it troubled me because its not a picture i can process that easily. Although the book itself was great I cant give it more than 3 stars because of that. The rest of them are awesome!

3.5 RATING- The MFM sex was hot but that's about all this book was, sex. Definitely not as strong as story as the previous books I've read in this series but still an enjoyable read.

The Wild Irish series never fails to disappoint on steamy sex scenes with a good plot, but I felt that this one could have been a bit better.
The threesome was good, felt logical and realistic, but I couldn't get past the insistence that it couldn't work in the real world, that the characters were living in a fantasy for a weekend. The end of the book proved that the "real world" to these characters, would support them in a menagé relationship. This made the conflict feel manufactured and flimsy.
The characters felt superficial at best. We don't get to see much of their background, we're told it, and even then, not that much of it. It made the characters lack depth for me.
All things considered, this is a decent and quick read, but very superficial as well.

This isn't my favorite book in this series and a large part of it I think relies on the fact that this is a m-f-m book not a m-m-f book. I appreciate that Killian, Justin, and Lily were all best friends in high school and that shared history adds believability to how quickly they all get together. I liked them as a group, but I don't like the idea as much of two best friends in love with one woman willing to share her in bed together if there's no sexual chemistry between the two friends. Killian and Justin have no interest in each other just in Lily, but have participated in multiple menages together. I just prefer my menages to be a true three-way affair.
Still these three have a great relationship and I enjoyed watching them realize how they could make it all work out.

Grab a glass of water. You'll need it for this one. Lily always regretted never telling her highschool best friends how she felt about them. With the ten year reunion arriving , she's ready to remedy her past mistakes. When she also Justin and Killian for a threesome , things get wild. What was meant to be a one night thing has become a much more complicated situation. Infused with hunor, family, and working through insecurities and fear, this quick read packs a punch.

This is a sweet, short, menage story. I am invested in all the family members and have enjoyed reading each sibling's story. I'll be anxious to hear how this "unconventional" household is fairing and hope to read about them in future books.

Short, fun read!
The characters were entertaining, the conflict was organic and understandable and the smut was both hot and sweet!
My only complaints were (a) not seeing the conversation between the female lead and her brother when they went public to one of the male lead's family and (b) all the other parental reactions.
Highly recommend!

I liked the story between 3 high school friends and their lives after school. Cute story of Justin, Killian and Lily. It was a good read, but left me wanting more from them. Hopefully we see more in the other books.

I almost didn't even read this book but since I've liked the rest of the series I decided to read it. This one was probably my least favorite in the series. Not a fan of ménages.

I purchased Wild Irish Series books 1-4 by Mari Carr and this review was given freely.
With titles centering around the days of the week and beginning with Monday, { Sunday was the mother who passed away} each book features one of the fun loving, close knit, protective and at times boisterous Irish American Pub-Restaurant owning Collins family members. The series feature the seven siblings from oldest to youngest and contains some wonderful family excerpts, a little suspense, a fair amount of steamy scenes,bondage, spanking,and menage. A lot of the storyline centers around the Collins apartment or business but it also branches out to include diverse themes such as student-professor, rock star, ex-military, virgin, crazy ex-husband, friends to lovers and more.

Beginning college at 28 after helping to raise her siblings, Keira is attracted to one of her professors, Wallace. Keira struggles with giving away control and make a life for herself not completely centered around her siblings and father in this first edition which contains an introduction to BDSM.

The second eldest sister and redhead dreamer, folk singer, and pub waitress Teagan becomes embroiled in rock star Sky's plot of becoming a solo artist gone bad. Contains some suspense and some steam scenes with light bondage/spanking.

Killian is Tristan's twin and is a sweet caring man, but he had Sunday for a mom and brothers and sisters that all loved and cared for each other. I loved this story in that it laid out what the other siblings were up to. We find Keira and her husband, Will, have had a baby girl who is getting ready to turn one. Then Tristan and Lane are married and Lane is loving being a Collins. Then there is Skye and Tegan who are still touring because Tegan and Skye are Rock Stars at least Tegan is and then there is Riley the youngest daughter and Ewan and Sean the other two brothers who have not found a significant other but we get a hint at the end of the story about some young lady that is at Killian's niece's birthday party. Justin and Killian have been best friends all of their lives. Lily joined their crew in high school. Lily was very smart and had strict parents and she had a younger brother Chad. After, Lily went to college, and Justin and Killian went into the military. At their 10 year high school reunion, Lily has a proposition: One night, the three of them, and then back to being just friends. To me it was an awesome love story. A good read.

This was not my first Mari Carr book and I was excited to start this one expecting to lose myself in her writing once again.
Unfortunately this was not quite up to my expectations. By Chapter four the characters were still not together and the journey they were on to get there . This first part of the book was so boring, no chemistry between the characters to hint at what was coming. Their self thoughts depressing. It took me well over a day to read to this point as the book kept making me doze off.
I kept telling myself it would improve and it did but not enough. This was a miss for me.
Will this stop me from reading the author? Not at all! There is a book coming out April second in another series (Italian Stallion) that I am anxious to read.

Killian and Justin, best friends since childhood, return home after 10 years in the army, start a business together and live together. They attend their 10 year high school grad reunion and are shocked to see Lily, their best friend through high school. Lily has always regretted not telling them how she felt about them both and has planned to correct that oversight with a night of unbridled passion. The night turns into a weekend until she backs away saying they have to be satisfied being just friends. Two weeks of misery and the tables turn. An amusing read.

Fun story in which Lily has a mission - to try and spend the night with the friends from high school that she had the hots for. Now, they all meet up at their high school reunion and Lily's determined to try and make up for lost time. Loving this series.

The best things about this book are that it was short and the sex was hot. Other than that...not much plot, not good writing, and everything was a bit too easy.
