There are as far as I can tell just 2 books out there that are devoted to raising Christmas trees and this is one of them.
it's not great, yes it has good info but the layout is bad. It's written in calms like a news paper, which I find distracting in a book.
There was a lot about starting a tree farm but some part about tree care itself the book would just skate over thing. Like shearing is said some like "this is best learned in person" and then just started in on something else. It did this a couple time.
also it's a book about plans so pictures would have been nice, it has are sketches of things.
But the best part of the book was the last couple pages where it had a calendar of time you should do things.
all and all don't buy it just get from the library for a quick read through.
