very helpful indeed. Although he punts all his products the diet is yummy and easy to follow. Loads of helpful advise. Now to just find the 9 open days in my diary ....
Pretty clear except for the recipes that are somehow complicated. I will follow the main ideas of the 9 day detox, but I am not comfortable with the recipes. For example, I don’t agree with mixing fruits. But that’s just my opinion.

كان كتاب حلو بصراحة و نصايحه إلى حد ما سهل تنفيذها رغم إن في بعض الخضراوات و الفاكهة اللي كانت في الكتاب مش موجودة أصلاً في بلدنا. و بردو حتة انه عايزنا ناخد مكملات غذائية انا حسيت ان لو انا بعمل ديتوكس فعلاً، المفروض انها تبقى كلها من الطبيعة مش جزء منها من الصيدلية. انا متبعتش الوصفات بصراحة لسه بس النصائح عموماً اه، ساعدتني جداً و فرقت معايا.
