New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Cathryn Fox is a wife, mom, sister, daughter, aunt and friend. She loves dogs, sunny weather, anything chocolate (she never says no to a brownie) pizza and red wine. Cathryn lives in beautiful Nova Scotia with her husband, who is convinced he can turn her into a mixed martial arts fan. When not writing, Cathryn can be found Skyping with her son living in Seattle (could he have moved any farther away?) shopping with her daughter in the city, watching a big action flick with her husband, or hanging out and laughing with friends.
Lots of promise, too short, but otherwise s good book. Story started off with characters being detailed out, then a rush job at the end. Disappointing, went from a 4 star story to 3.
Reviewer: Karen Knocking on Demon’s Door has a lot going for it – a good story line, a super sexy hero and heroine, and strong sexual tension leading up to some really hot lovemaking. The slow build-up to when the hero and heroine jump each other, oops, jump into bed, was well written. I think I would have enjoyed it even more if the story was longer, more developed; it felt like the story was just getting to the critical part – and it was over. And, while a good story, I do think it is overpriced for a short story of about 70 pages. Overall, I liked Knocking on Demon’s Door and would recommend it as a quick, sexy read.
I like this book, if it is a series, I'd really like to read the rest of it. I really liked the story line. I had hoped it was longer, but I enjoyed it.
