Una mirada moderna sobre el teatro. Incluso incrementa la apuesta que hace Hamlet sobre la noción del ser actor cuestionandola; ¿La actuación, el teatro, funciona como espejo de la humanidad? A su vez el metalenguaje está presente constantemente, develando el artificio propio del actor. Hay una tensión constante entre los personajes y los actores, los primeros objetan contra los actores que no pueden interpretar sus vidas porque no lo podrían hacer de verdad. ¿Qué es actuar con verdad? ¿Es una pregunta que se debería hacer al espectador?
A su vez hace una fuerte crítica a las compañías de actores institucionalizadas, en cuanto a su rigidez y contradicción con la concepción del ser artista occidental.
